Technical failures

A technical failure in a submitted, supported generation releases the reserved credit or trial. Check the result and your balance before trying again. Creating another version for personal preference uses credits again.

Music video setup

Joining the queue does not start a purchase, and nothing is charged while you wait. Existing orders retain their original terms.

Purchases and unused credits

Completed payment refunds affect only unused credits from the original purchase. If you have a question about a purchase or an unexpected balance, contact support with enough information to identify the transaction. Do not send passwords or payment card details.
