These terms govern your use of rapvid, its lyrics tools and its rap video services. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You are responsible for your use of the tools and for content you submit or share.
Using the tools
rapvid offers AI tools for rap lyrics and diss verses. The music video setup lets you choose a song, visual style and optional portrait. Provide only text, audio and portraits you have the right to use. You are responsible for checking your inputs and outputs before using them outside the site.
Do not use the service to harass, threaten, or promote hatred against anyone, or to infringe another person's rights. Do not request content that encourages violence, exposes private information, or targets a person in a way that causes harm. A playful battle style does not excuse threats or abuse. We may reject requests that violate these rules.
Do not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls, or use automated requests to place an unreasonable load on it. We may restrict access or refuse requests when necessary to protect users, the service, or others, or to comply with law.
AI-generated material
Outputs are generated by an AI system and may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or inappropriate. Similar requests can produce similar results for different people. Generated text is not a statement of fact, legal advice, or a substitute for your own judgment. Review and edit the results before relying on or sharing them.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated material complies with applicable law and respects other people's rights. We cannot guarantee that an output will be unique or suitable for every audience. Do not present generated statements about a real person as verified facts without independently checking them.
Rights and publishing
Generated lyrics may be used in personal and commercial projects without attribution. Free video previews are for personal, non-commercial viewing on the page and do not include a download. Existing paid base clips that are completed and made available for download may be used commercially without attribution under their original terms. Contact support with questions about full music video usage rights. We do not claim ownership of your generated content, guarantee exclusive copyright, or guarantee Content ID eligibility. AI-generated material may not receive copyright protection in every country. You remain responsible for your own inputs and how you use the result. Before publishing, check the rules of the platform where you plan to share or distribute it, as well as any rights that may apply to material you include.
Previews, credits and files
The free video allowance is one five-second preset-performer online preview per eligible account. You may reserve a place for a longer clip or custom performer. Joining the queue does not charge you or start generation. Any future purchase will show its applicable price and terms before you authorize it.
Selecting a song, style or portrait does not itself submit a generation, reserve credits or begin checkout. Existing orders and their terms remain unchanged.
A confirmed technical generation failure releases the reserved credits or free preview entitlement. An unresolved provider result may require review before the entitlement is restored. Payment refunds are separate from failed-job credit restoration; see our refund policy. Completed video files expire after seven days, so keep your own copy of any paid download. Availability and liability
The service is provided as available, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and interruptions or errors can occur. You should keep your own copies of material that matters to you and decide whether a result is suitable for your purpose.
To the extent allowed by law, rapvid is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the service, generated content, or inability to access it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not agree, stop using the service. Questions can be sent to support@rapvidai.app.
